It has been quite some time since I've updated this for you all. My last update was almost a year ago...
Well I'm almost 18 now, and I can't wait. I guess I should give you a rundown...
I'm not really sure when it happened, but Paige and I stopped talking mid last year, and thanks to an event in December, I started talking to her again and it has been the best thing ever... Starting in December, at least one horrible thing has happened and I'm not proud of any of them.
December: I lost a friend, and with that my job. I bought a co-worker a Christmas Gift, but see we had been having a bit of problems but we had solved all that and I thought it would be nice. Well somehow Management found out, flipped out, and said "quit or be fired" and it was in my best interest to just quit. Also, the day they told me that, on my way into work an object flew off of an oncoming truck and struck my vehicle causing $1,300 in damage. Awesome.
January: Short but, my parents discovered 9 empty beer bottles and 19 stolen street signs about my room...
February: I honestly don't remember what happened, but I'm sure it was bad. I know for sure SOMETHING happened but it probably wasn't significant enough.
March: While my car was parked in the driveway, a vehicle turned around overnight and struck my vehicle causing $2,000 in damage. The police informed me that they no longer wished to be associated with me because they see me as "drug related" because a few of my friends are.
April: The night before April Fools I was told that Paige had broken up with Josh (her boyfriend), I was more than happy. I had already told her, as I tell many girls that they should just be single for a while, and now that Paige had finally broken up with him after a final thing that happened between them. I'm not going to divulge anything due to Privacy Concerns that I have. After Paige's "Single Break" I was expecting to have a go at her, as she told me she was willing to give me a chance. I honestly thought I had a really good chance, that I would be her last boyfriend and that we would live happily ever after. I was wrong. Paige informed me that there was some guy that lived a tad bit closer to her and that perhaps she would go for him. This, in mine and my good friend Matt's (in whom I have confided all of this in during the time it has happened) opinion was unfair and just flat out mean. Then she decided to get back together with Josh, with limits. Paige and I had a little verbal scuffle and I was literally hovering over the "Delete" button with her name on it. I was going to end the friendship between us that had been so perfect and loving. I thought it over with myself and came to the conclusion that it wasn't worth it, why would I do that, she's my best friend in the whole world and I love nothing more than I love her. It's not my position to be angry at her, but rather happy that she's happy. She's all I ever wanted and I don't want to be messing anything up with her. Besides, what if we do go out and something happens? We're less likely to be together forever in a relationship than together forever in an amazing friendship.
I'm sure theres more I want to say and I'll post it up in an "UPDATE" if I remember anything.. Thanks all for waiting so patiently for an update and I hope this answers any questions you may have had about my whereabouts and doings for the past year...
UPDATE1: So I'm not really sure if I got my point across. Paige is my best friend in the whole wide world and nothing means more to me than her, and that still stands today. I would do anything for her and that's a fact. Although we had a bit of a fight, it happens, people yell, tears are shed, and we move on. Things are still a bit rocky but at least I can still say she's my best friend...
UPDATE2: I suppose it's only fair to tell you that Paige has broken up with Josh, again. I did not know because I was not talking to her, unless she talks to me first, and she was waiting for me to talk to her so.. yeah. But I'm really REALLY happy with the way things are going between us ATM, so yeah.
